At Baby Corner Ltd, we arrange the shipment of your products as quickly as possible after receiving your order. Please note that any orders received after 7:00 PM will be processed the next day due to limited operational hours at the end of the day.

Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Baby Corner Ltd is not liable for any delays in shipments. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss or damage pass to you upon delivery of the products.

Shipping Duration & Charges

Delivery Timeline:

• Dhaka Metro City: Within 1-2 days from order confirmation
• Outside Dhaka City: Within 2-4 days from order confirmation

*Order Confirmation Time Note: Orders received after 7:00 PM will be considered for processing the following morning. This ensures enough time to prepare the order, pick the products, create bills, pack, and assign to the courier company.

Delivery Charges:

• Dhaka: 60 Taka for up to 1 kg; 20 Taka extra for each additional kg
• Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka for up to 1 kg; 30 Taka extra for each additional kg

For excessive bulk orders, delivery charges will be calculated by our Order Team and confirmed with you before dispatch.

Delivery & Returns Instructions

• After 7:00 PM, courier companies start collecting parcels. Therefore, any changes or additions to orders placed after this time will not be possible.
• According to our Exchange & Return Policy, most products can be exchanged within 15 days, except for certain exceptions listed below. You can also request instant returns at the time of delivery.

Exceptions:

• Undergarments, gear items, mosquito nets, skincare products, milk, and food items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Please check the products in front of the delivery personnel. If the product is damaged, not as expected, missing items, or incorrect, return it immediately. If needed, take pictures and send them to our inbox. Complaints made after the delivery person leaves cannot be accepted without proof.
• Electrical or gear products require fitting or installation for proper checking. It is not necessary to fit or test these products in front of the delivery person. If there are technical issues, we accept exchanges or returns within 48 hours.
